POSTAGE, PACKING & INSURANCE (PPI) DETAILS

We use a range of services to get your order to you and in some cases your order may arrive in more than one package if the items cannot easily be packed together. We use insured trackable services for all orders delivered outside the Uk and often within it too. This means that you have the security of knowing that there is enough information available to ensure that your package reaches you and can be traced in the unlikely event it goes astray through one of the two tracking systems we employ that have proven very effective in ensuring goods reach the customer. So far, cross fingers, no package has ever been lost completely. Orders are uually dispatched within one week of being placed on the website On the extremely rare occasion there is a problem with an item of stock on your order you will be notified immediately by email with a full explanation of the situation regarding that product and asked whether you wish to wait for new stock to arrive, change the item or cancel it.
