Ooooh, a real special little baby here-great artwork from Robert Gould combined with the prose genius of Eric Kimball.

"There lies a sword in Carterhaugh bound about with dark roses whose petals unfold and bleed when traitor winter walks among the seasons staining the hard frozen ground..." etc.

This Robert Gould print is on a lovely thick board of around 300 gsm.

The Eric Kimball prose is from 1976 and the Robert Gould painting from 1979 when these prints were published by BLACK LOTUS in Colchester, CT 06415..

This lovely print is signed in pencil by BOTH Robert Gould and Eric Kimball under the image which measures 312 x 222 mm.

Supplied mounted in a 60mm mount to an overall 470 x 380 mm.

These Robert Gould and Eric Kimball prints are getting quite scarce now .
